It measures 6,143 metres and lies in an idyllic setting with mature oak, ash and elm trees a feature on many holes. It is situated in the heart of Ireland’s west, midway between Galway and Sligo near the town of Claremorris.The signature par four hole, the sixth, requires a long accurate drive to a well bunkered fairway, leaving a mid iron to an elevated green. It is fully deserving of its stroke index one and a par here is well earned. Golfers of all abilities will enjoy this true test of golf and afterwards relax in a modern and newly refurbished clubhouse with full bar and catering facilities.
